About IMS
IMS delivers Practice Management and Administrative Services to individual physicians, group practices, FQHCs, and hospitals. We focus on regulatory compliance, customer and provider experience, and measurable quality outcomes, while utilizing enhanced data analytics to enable practices to regulate and improve overall medical spending and successfully manage HEDIS and STAR measures. We believe that maintaining current technology is critical in the managed care environment, as the development of automated reports will result in the ability to build provider protocols to enhance member health care outcomes, while capitalizing on revenue compensation.
With member financial risk shifting from the health plan to the provider, it is important to have a management team that not only understands the intricacies of managed care but is also knowledgeable of health plan goals and regulatory requirements.
